We were approached by ICF Zurich, the company behind the “huulo” app, to create a brand design that reflects the three core principles of their product: providing information, engaging people at events and connecting them.

We wanted to convey the lightweight and intuitive nature of the product, which makes organizing events and distributing information much easier.

The app is highly customizable for event organizers – we wanted the design to express this “quick and easy” nature, the contemporaneity of organizing events this way. The logo represents the connection between people through the meeting of two message bubbles. The shape of the bubbles is derived from an “h”, which stands for “huulo”

For the website, we developed a series of icons to describe huulo’s features, as well as design elements like the waves that can be reused. We also created elements like app banners that huulo’s customers can display.
