The Relay Service Center was developed for ÖGS Barrierefrei. It allows deaf, hard of hearing and speech-impaired people to contact the ÖGS Service Team via video or text communication and make use of their interpreting services.
The software offers functions for receiving and processing user requests and has integrated documentation and statistics features.
In cooperation with ÖGS Barrierefrei, this product is available as a white label service center software.
