At Infound we love to get involved early and stay involved throughout all stages of a project. From concept to execution, we create brand identities, websites and apps.
We’re currently structured as a small group of 10 experts. Everybody on our team brings at least 9+ years of experience working for digital agencies or software as a service startups to the table. Based on that structure we're running our projects with very little overhead. Most of the time our clients interact directly with the people who are going to solve the problem or create the work. That’s true for our brand and UX/UI design service, as well as our web and software development service.

About this position
As a project and account manager you'll be in charge of managing a number of projects and client relationships. You're actively involved in shaping our structure and our processes as we continue to evolve our agency business.
Who we’re looking for
The ideal candidate is bilingual in German and English. The position is in Vienna and is primarily a German-speaking role.
- You’ve got at least 5 years of experience working in multi-disciplinary teams, managing projects or products, and owning client relationships in a digital agency environment.
- You’ve got a structured, solution-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- You’re ready to take on responsibility for the overall quality of service, and on-time, on-budget completion of deliverables across projects.
- You’re able to identify and win new business opportunities.
- You’re comfortable managing and contributing to new business proposals.
- You create and sustain positive relationships and collaborations across client and project teams.
- Ideally, you've worked as a designer or developer for a few years, then moved into a management role and have experience leading creative teams and projects.
